降玉琳，男，1945年2月生，河北怀安人，国家一级美术师，副研究馆员，世界华人美术家协会名誉主席，世界教科文卫组织首席艺术家，世界教科文卫组织艺术委员会执行委员，英格兰皇家艺术基金会永久学术顾问，中国艺术鉴定委员会艺术家学部委员会理事，台北故宫书画院名誉院长、客座教授，原内蒙美协理事。
多年从事工笔花鸟画的创作，外师造化，中得心源，创作的美术作品多次参加国际、国内及自治区展览，并有十余幅作品获奖。多幅作品被中美全球战略研究中心等国内外相关机构或个人收藏。经中国艺术鉴定委员会ISQ艺术市场登记认证工程组织委员会严格审议，所创作的艺术品已通过ISQ艺术品价值评定标准，被授予“著名”级美术家。
获奖情况：
1994年，被中国艺术研究院当代文艺研究室、中国当代艺术家名人辞典编委会授予中国当代艺术家名人证书。
2001年，被中国当代书画艺术研究会和香港国际画院联合授予“国际金奖艺术家”荣誉称号。
2002年，荣获中国书画交易博览会组委会（香港在线）颁发的“中国最有收藏价值作品500强艺术家”荣誉匾。
2003年，被第二届海内外书画名家邀请展评委会授予“中国当代实力派画家300强”荣誉称号。
2006年，荣获“第五届海峡两岸书画大展”“花鸟百强”奖。

2024年，在"艺术与和平一一首届国际艺术名家网络双年展"中，被活动组委会评为"艺术与和平一一首届国际艺术名家网络双年展“优秀作品奖。

Jiang Yulin,male,born in February 1945 in Huai'an,Hebei Province,China,is a national first-class artist,deputy research curator,honorary chairman of the World Chinese Artists Association,chief artist of the World Education,Science,Culture and Health Organization,executive member of the World Education,Science,Culture and Health Organization Art Committee,permanent academic advisor of the Royal Art Foundation of England,member of the Artists Department Committee of the China Art Appraisal Committee,honorary president and visiting professor of the Taipei Palace Museum Calligraphy and Painting Academy,and former member of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association.
For many years,I have been engaged in the creation of meticulous flower and bird paintings.I have learned from nature and gained inspiration from it.My artistic works have participated in international,domestic,and autonomous region exhibitions multiple times,and have won more than ten awards.Multiple works have been collected by domestic and foreign institutions or individuals such as the China US Global Strategic Research Center.After strict review by the ISQ Art Market Registration and Certification Engineering Organization Committee of the China Art Appraisal Committee,the artwork created has passed the ISQ Art Value Evaluation Standards and has been awarded the"Famous"level artist.
