姜殿昌，九大山人，外交部资深外交官，中国国际友人研究会常务理事，外交部书画研究会会员，香港特别行政区文学艺术界联合会美术家协会副主席，中国老兵书画院副院长，子曰美术馆副馆长，孔子美术馆签约艺术家，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。大同雁云书画艺术研究院院长，曾在中央美院书法、国画研究生班进修。1953 年 7 月生于江苏省淮安市。1972 年从北京卫戊区调入外交部，先后常住美国、加拿大、日本、新西兰、科威特、塞内加尔使馆及香港特别行政区特派员公署工作 27 年。特别喜爱绘画，诗词，曾有机会观摩刘海粟、范曾大师的书法绘画示范。平时注意学习齐白石、崔子范大师的传统国画变革思路，继承传统和创新，尤其是水墨技法上的应用，得到国内外行家的一致好评。先后参加外交部，保利会展中心及 2018 年全球华人中秋北京画展活动。曾在日本东京参加中国画画展，艺术研讨会，和日本前首相鸠山由纪夫先生共同发表讲话。2019 年入选“一带一路”中欧意向-欧洲艺术邮票人物推选活动，法国、德国、荷兰、奥地利纪念邮票各选两幅。画作作为礼品多次赠送各国友人。加拿大国家电视台领导、周口店人类遗址博物馆、中国美术馆、中国国家博物馆均有收藏。

The director of Datong Yanyun Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute has studied calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 1972, he was transferred from Weiwu District, Beijing to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked for 27 years in the embassies of the United States, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Kuwait, Senegal, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Special Commissioner's Office. I have a special love for painting and poetry, and have had the opportunity to observe calligraphy and painting demonstrations by masters Liu Haisu and Fan Zeng. Pay attention to learning the traditional Chinese painting transformation ideas of masters Qi Baishi and Cui Zifan in daily life, inherit tradition and innovation, especially the application of ink painting techniques, which have received unanimous praise from domestic and foreign experts. Participated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Poly Exhibition Center, and the 2018 Global Chinese Mid Autumn Festival Beijing Art Exhibition. I have participated in Chinese painting exhibitions and art seminars in Tokyo, Japan, and delivered speeches together with former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama.
