李俊，1953年9月8日出生于中国南京。祖籍安徽巢湖。中共党员，大学学历，先后在南京教育学院，南京公安学校，中央党校学习。
十七岁参加工作，曾在中国南京33中、58中任中文教师。后在公安局、市外事办国际交流公司、中国传媒大学南广学院、东方文理高级学院，企业等单位任职。
自幼爱好、欣赏书法艺术，在杭州书法家朱建伟、江苏书法家徐国麟、北京书法家王秉刚等艺术家的指导影响下开始执笔书法。

Yang Man Di (Man Di), also known as Chongliang and Yingfeng Jushi, was originally from Ji'an, Jiangxi. Born in Guilin, Guangxi in 1963. Graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the Art Department of Guangxi Normal University, the Chinese Painting Graduate Class of Nanjing University of the Arts, and the Chinese Culture Inheritance Class of the Central Institute of Socialism. The work has participated in exhibitions hosted by the China Artists Association multiple times and has won numerous awards. He has visited Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the Netherlands, France, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and other countries and regions for many times as the head of the artist delegation and held more than 20 personal art exhibitions. In 2003, the "Wu Yuankui Zhuang Li Jing Zhou Jingxin Yang Man Di Chinese Painting Exhibition" hosted by the China Artists Association at the School of Fine Arts, Nanjing University of the Arts was exhibited at the Guilin Museum; The "Yang Mandi Chinese Painting Exhibition" hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Guilin Municipal Committee in 2012 was exhibited at the Guilin Museum; In 2014, the "Everyone's Road - Ye Yu Zhongyang Man Di Chinese Painting Exhibition" hosted by the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the Central Academy of Painting of the China Democratic National Construction Association was exhibited at the China Century Altar in Beijing; In 2016, the "Three People's Journey on Everyone's Road - Li Baolin, Ye Yu, Zhongyang, and Xiao Di Chinese Painting Exhibition" co organized by the Heshan Painting Society of the China Artists Association, the Central Academy of Painting of the China Democratic National Construction Association, and the China National Academy of Painting was exhibited at the Jinshang Museum in Beijing.
