University major in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): Having studied TCM and general medicine twice over 62 years, do I still remain on the front lines at the grassroots level? Beijing is where I moved with my child for 28 years – through all the bittersweet experiences of time, I will never forget my roots or the principle of virtue taking precedence; to save the nation and its people, to revitalize our culture, TCM is a national treasure – delving deeply into its essence, can TCM be truly effective against COVID-19? Eliminating personal biases and applying them in practice: my first TCM prescription for COVID-19 was sent via letter; how many shops opened and signs were erected so quickly? Being immersed in such intense circumstances is no accident – the Chinese nation and its people rely on TCM for emergency care, and there should be no delay; would it be even harder for future generations? In Fengtai and Gushi, there are no TCM practitioners – yet within just 12 days, the Municipal Health Commission reported that township hospitals had no TCM practitioners left; who is responsible for this severe generational gap? In life, the vast universe and nature foster innate health with few defects, while postnatal emotional stagnation leads to numerous illnesses – does life ultimately strive for balance and stability? The flame of TCM has spread like wildfire over twelve years; the correspondence has never ceased – does every member of the population benefit from it? Left, Center, Right – TCM promotes longevity; how many TCM practitioners are 80 years old, while those aged 70 often undergo Western medical "brainwashing"? Why rely on TCM when treating patients?
