摘要：丹青映赤胆，翰墨铸忠诚。为隆重纪念中国人民解放军建军99周年，中国军旅书画学会特举办“情系军魂 笔彩华夏”主题线上书画作品展，邀约全国军旅书画艺术家倾情献艺。
本次线上展以强军兴国为纲，以礼赞盛世为魂，荟萃书法、国画、油画等精品力作，或写山河壮丽，或绘时代新貌，或抒军旅豪情，展现军旅艺术家的深厚学养与铮铮风骨。作品既承传统文脉，又具当代气韵，在笔墨丹青间赓续红色基因，致敬人民军队光辉历程。
线上展将以数字平台为媒，让艺术跨越时空，传递强军力量，唱响爱国主旋律，为建军99周年献上一份厚重而温情的文化贺礼。
罗敏，女，雅号贤庄老人，艺名石敏，汉族，本科学历。1980年出生于嘉定，现居嘉定。毕业于南京政治学院，进修于国画研修院，为韩天衡、朱晓东、林志铭先生再传弟子，上海书画名家高健林入室弟子。现为中国书画家联谊会会员，华夏国艺书画艺术中心副主任、特聘书画家，非遗（国画）技艺传承师，承孔书院特聘书画家。
Luo Min, female, with the artistic name Shi Min and the courtesy name Xianzhuang Laoren, is of Han ethnicity and holds a bachelor's degree. Born in Jiading in 1980, she currently resides there. She graduated from Nanjing Institute of Political Science and further studied at the National Painting Research Institute. She is a third-generation disciple of masters Han Tianheng, Zhu Xiaodong, and Lin Zhiming, as well as a direct disciple of Shanghai-renowned calligrapher and painter Gao Jianlin. She is currently a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy Director and specially appointed artist at the Huaxia Guoyi Calligraphy and Painting Art Center, inheritor of intangible cultural heritage (Chinese painting) techniques, and specially appointed artist at Chengkong Academy.
受其熟知书画艺术的父亲影响和启蒙，自幼酷爱书法和绘画艺术，崇拜齐白石、张大千、陆俨少、程十发、陈洪绶等大师。先后师从著名画家林志铭、孙宝根老师，数十年来秉持继承传统，笔耕不辍，博取众家所长，作品形成了清新、清润、有意境、生动自然的艺术风格。她擅长中国传统山水画，主攻王翚、王时敏、张大千、石涛写意山水画。
Influenced and inspired by her father, who was well-versed in calligraphy and painting arts, she developed a profound passion for these disciplines from childhood and held great admiration for masters such as Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian, Lu Yanshao, Cheng Shifa, and Chen Hongshou. She studied under renowned painters Lin Zhiming and Sun Baogen, dedicating decades to preserving traditional techniques, persistently practicing her craft, and integrating the strengths of various schools. Her works have evolved into a distinctive artistic style characterized by freshness, clarity, poetic depth, and natural vitality. She excels in traditional China landscape painting, specializing in the freehand styles of Wang Hui, Wang Shimin, Zhang Daqian, and Shi Tao.
多次参加上海市嘉定区及全国绘画展览并获奖，作品很受专家的好评。书画《洞庭渔隐》在2023年首届星光杯书画作品评选大赛活动中荣获绘画奖一等奖，并有和潘震宙部长的合影签名。作品被海内外书画爱好者收藏。其作品多次参加慈善机构组织的义捐义卖等公益活动。
The artist has participated in numerous painting exhibitions in Jiading District, Shanghai and across China, winning awards and receiving high acclaim from experts. Their work "Dongting Fisher's Seclusion" won the first prize in the Painting category at the inaugural Starlight Cup Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2023, and featured a signed photograph with Minister Pan Zhenzhou. These works are collected by art enthusiasts worldwide. Additionally, their creations have been donated through charity events organized by non-profit organizations.
2023年8月26日，受邀出席在山东曲阜举办的小型书画创作交流研讨会，作品受到各部领导高度评价并得到罗杨主任的点评及认可。罗杨主任及与会代表就书画的创作心得和经验进行了深入的交流和探讨。
2023年10月27日，在北京昌禾美术馆举办了“情之所系——罗敏山水画展”个人展览，作品受到各部领导好评。
2023年11月18日，受邀出席在中央社会主义学院举办的“助推文化强国 勇担社会责任——新文艺群体书画家活动日”，与会代表一同走进徐悲鸿纪念馆游学研修、交流采风。
On August 26,2023, I was invited to attend a small-scale calligraphy and painting creation exchange seminar held in Qufu, Shandong. My works received high praise from leaders of various departments and were commented on and recognized by Director Luo Yang. Director Luo Yang and other participants engaged in in-depth discussions on creative insights and experiences in the field of calligraphy and painting.
On October 27,2023, the solo exhibition "Emotions Bind Us: Luo Min's Landscape Paintings" was held at Beijing Changhe Art Museum, with the works receiving high praise from officials across various departments.
On November 18,2023, I was invited to attend the event "Promoting a Cultural Powerhouse and Shouldering Social Responsibilities – Activity Day for New Artistic Groups of Calligraphers and Painters" held at the Central Socialist College. Together with other participants, I visited the Xu Beihong Memorial Museum for educational tours, research visits, and cultural exchange activities.
