左继军自幼喜爱书法，研习书法数十年，笔耕不辍，对二王、张旭、怀素、王铎、孙过庭、黄庭坚临摹尤勤。在多年书法实践中能博采众家之长，法古而不泥古形成了自己的风格。字体优雅飘逸，灵动错落有致，诨然一体柔中见刚，美观大气充满神韵。权希军、罗扬、邵大箴、单国强、等大师对其作品给于高度评价。

The Second "Sino Japanese Painting and Calligraphy Masters Art Exchange Exhibition" of Friendship and Peace was awarded the title of "Sino Japanese Cultural Envoy" by the Japanese government, the leading figure in Chinese painting and calligraphy in the new era in 2019, the elite figure in poetry, painting and calligraphy in China in 2020, and the leading figure in the international Chinese art circle at the International Chinese Public Welfare Awards. The Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Literature Research Association was awarded the honorary title of "One Generation Masters". Several works were recommended by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the exhibition of "Great Country Art" on the high-speed railway. In 2021, I participated in the "The Radiance of the Party Shines on My Heart" - Invitational Exhibition of Works by One Hundred Calligraphers and Painters Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party. Zuo Jijun has been fond of calligraphy since childhood and has been studying it for decades. He never stops writing and is particularly diligent in copying Erwang, Zhang Xu, Huai Su, Wang Duo, Sun Guoting, and Huang Tingjian. Through years of calligraphy practice, I have been able to draw on the strengths of various schools of calligraphy and form my own style by adhering to ancient methods rather than sticking to traditional ones. The font is elegant and graceful, with a lively and staggered style, combining humor with softness and hardness, creating a beautiful and atmospheric atmosphere full of charm. Masters such as Quan Xijun, Luo Yang, Shao Dazhen, and Shan Guoqiang highly praised his works.
The works are collected by the National Museum of China, the National Art Museum of China, and the Xu Beihong Art Museum. The calligraphy work 'New with the Past, Divine Foot with Charm' has been first published on multiple major websites such as Xinhua News Agency and People's Daily Online. Edited and produced a large-scale masterpiece titled "Role Models in Chinese Art" by the Art Archives Publishing House, as well as the "Crystal and Glass Album", which has been collected by various embassies in China. Selected for the 20th National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association and collected. Selected as a recipient of the CCTV Touching China Award in 2023, a brand artist of the Chinese Light Academy Award, the first "National Cultural Golden Horse Award", "Monet International Art Gold Award", and "Top Ten Leaders of World Literature and Art" in 2024, recommended by the United States, Britain, Russia, India, Argentina, and five other countries as "Representative Figures of World Culture in China", and included in the Chinese Cultural Resources Database by the Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
