道金平，1966年9月出生。毕业于西北师范大学美术系中国画专业，研修于中国艺术研究院研究生院研究生课程班郭怡孮花鸟艺术工作室及中国热带雨林艺术研究院，擅长书法、花鸟。政协甘肃省庆阳市第二、三、五届委员会委员。现就职于甘肃省庆阳市环县图书馆，副研究员职称。

现为：世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长、中国文联书画艺术交流中心顾问、中国东方文化研究会艺术研究员、中国传统文化促进会会员、央媒文化组委会艺术顾问、央广文旅文化形象交流大使、中国服务贸易协会国际交流委员会第一届副秘书长、中央艺术名家书画院副院长、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、中国楹联学会会员、国家高级美术师，甘肃文学艺术界联合会美术家协会会员、中国画艺委会委员。多年从事教育和参与环县道情皮影戏普查、保护与研究工作，参与编辑出版了《环县道情皮影志》《环县道情皮影》图文书等著作。200多幅书画作品在《中华英才》《祖国》《文化月刊》杂志、《读者》《荣宝斋》《美中时报》《时代周刊》《真理报》《环球网》《中国网》《中外文化交流》《世界知识画报》《全球商业经典》《中国艺术名家海外媒体展播》工程等国际国内媒体及核心期刊发表展播；其作品被阿尔巴尼亚、马里、几内亚、摩洛哥、荷兰、喀麦隆等多国驻华大使馆收藏。2021年10 月“百年复兴文化典范”—中国艺术名家道金平港澳邮票全球首发；出版有 《一代巨匠》《艺无止境》等个人作品专集多种；2023年6月，其本人作品《五色交辉》参加阿联酋文化艺术交流展，同年10月，中国服务贸易协会国际交流委员会授予“国际文化交流卓越艺术使节”称号，同年12月，全球外交官迎新晚宴年会上，被授予“国际文化交流艺术之星”奖；2024年3月，中誉国际当代名师名家俱乐部工作委员会授予中国名师名家工作研究室—雄安新区主理人道金平铜牌挂牌；同月，受邀参加莱索托王国建立200周年、莱索托中国复交30周年、莱索托纪念莫舒舒文化日文化艺术展 ，同年6月应邀参加《辉煌澳门 艺境共融》庆祝澳门回归二十五周年书画艺术展；同年7月，受邀参加中国—马来西亚建交50周年书画交流展；同年7月，《中国军转民杂志》授予“助力军民融合发展优秀艺术家”称号；同年7月，参加在北京国家体育场举办的美育中国文体嘉年华总展演被中国关心下一代工作委员会教育中心授予金奖暨“中法建交六十周年——继往开来.甲子情深”当代名家书画作品邀请展中被美育中国奥运文体嘉年华组委会评为“百杰书画家”；同年8月受邀参加首届山西丝路国际文化艺术家节书画展览，同年9月，作品受邀参加“中欧艺术对话—中国艺术特展”并在德国杜塞尔多夫展出，为推动中外文化艺术交流做出了贡献。

Dao Jinping was born in September 1966. Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Northwest Normal University, majoring in Chinese Painting. Trained in the graduate course of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Art, Guo Yizhen Flower and Bird Art Studio, and the China Tropical Rainforest Art Research Institute, proficient in calligraphy and flower and bird art. Member of the Second, Third, and Fifth Committees of the Political Consultative Conference in Qingyang City, Gansu Province. I am currently employed at the Huan County Library in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, with the title of Associate Researcher.

I am currently the Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, Advisor to the Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Center of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Art Researcher of the China Oriental Culture Research Association, Member of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Culture, Art Advisor of the Central Media Culture Organizing Committee, Ambassador for Cultural Image Exchange of the Central Guangzhou Cultural Tourism Association, Deputy Secretary General of the International Exchange Committee of the China Association for Trade in Services, Vice President of the Central Academy of Fine Arts Calligraphy and Painting, Deputy Secretary General of the New Literature and Painting Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Member of the China Couplets Association, National Senior Artist, Member of the Artists Association of the Gansu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Member of the Chinese. For many years, I have been engaged in education and participated in the survey, protection, and research of Huan County Dao Qing Shadow Puppetry. I have also been involved in editing and publishing books such as "Huan County Dao Qing Shadow Puppetry Chronicles" and "Huan County Dao Qing Shadow Puppetry". More than 200 calligraphy and painting works have been published and exhibited in international and domestic media and core journals such as "Chinese Talents", "Motherland", "Culture Monthly", "Reader", "Rongbaozhai", "US China Times", "Time Weekly", "Truth Daily", "Global Network", "China Net", "Cultural Exchange between China and Foreign Countries", "World Knowledge Pictorial", "Global Business Classics", "Overseas Media Exhibition of Chinese Art Masters", etc; His works have been collected by the embassies of Albania, Mali, Guinea, Morocco, the Netherlands, Cameroon and other countries in China. In October 2021, the "Centennial Renaissance Cultural Model" - Chinese art master Dao Jinping's Hong Kong and Macau stamps were globally launched; Published various collections of personal works such as "The Grandmaster of the Generation" and "Endless Art"; In June 2023, his own work "Five Colors of Brilliance" participated in the UAE Cultural and Art Exchange Exhibition. In October of the same year, the International Exchange Committee of the China Association for Trade in Services awarded him the title of "Outstanding Art Ambassador for International Cultural Exchange". In December of the same year, he was awarded the "Star of International Cultural Exchange Art" award at the Global Diplomat Welcome Dinner Annual Meeting; In March 2024, the Working Committee of Zhongyu International Contemporary Famous Teachers and Masters Club awarded the Chinese Famous Teachers and Masters Work Research Office - Xiong'an New Area Manager Humanitarian Golden Peace Bronze Medal listing; In the same month, I was invited to participate in the cultural and artistic exhibition commemorating the 200th anniversary of the establishment of the Kingdom of Lesotho, the 30th anniversary of the resumption of diplomatic relations between Lesotho and China, and the Moshoeshu Culture Day in Lesotho. In June of the same year, I was invited to participate in the calligraphy and painting art exhibition celebrating the 25th anniversary of the return of Macao, titled "Glorious Macao Art Landscape Integration"; In July of the same year, invited to participate in the calligraphy and painting exchange exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia; In July of the same year, the "China Military to Civilian Magazine" awarded the title of "Outstanding Artist for Supporting the Development of Military Civilian Integration"; In July of the same year, he participated in the overall exhibition of the Art Education Chinese Culture and Sports Carnival held at the Beijing National Stadium and was awarded the gold medal by the Education Center of the China Care for the Next Generation Working Committee. He was also selected as one of the "Top 100 Calligraphers and Painters" by the Organizing Committee of the Art Education Chinese Olympic Culture and Sports Carnival at the "60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and France - Continuing the Past and Opening Up the Future.
