章小华，（建阳岱华），男，汉族，大专学历，中共党员。1956年10月出生于福建省南平市，现居建阳。毕业于中国语言逻辑函授大学“文秘专业”，后经企业派送福建省经委干校进修“企业管理“。1985年《人民文学》创作函授中心首届学员；1990年获得中华书法研究会评为毛笔行书2段。现为中国东方文化研究会艺术研究员和中国大众文化学会书画艺术专业委员会委员；是福建省建阳区美术家协会会员；是北京中宣盛世国际书画艺术研究院会员；是建阳区老年书画研究会的理事；是北京宣和书画艺术研究院会员；是国家一级美术师。2023年3月获聘为中艺星光绿色书画交流平台管理中心副主任，及建阳岱华工作（达标）站站长。2024年度被选为中外文化交流大使和企业文化传播大使。
章小华出生于教育世家，早年接受父辈教导，学习古隶，后经王良志老师辅助引导，学习书法和绘画。从介子圆画谱入手，几十年秉持继承传统，坚持临摹董源、黄公望、王翚.丰子恺…等历代名家的传世作品。笔耕不辍，博取众家所长。以生活为基点，以抒情为核心，以趣味为精彩，以文化传统为主导，所涉题材广泛。花鸟山水，动物人物，各类画法，兼工带写，应物象形，随类赋彩，气韵生动。经表兄黄建勋的劝导，通过雅俗共赏的定位，为人们的艺术审美，构建雅俗共赏的新平台。从这意义上来说，章小华是一位关注真善美，弘扬传统文化的实践者，拥有艺术纯淳人心的功德。
章小华作品多次参加省市及全国性书画展…以及"人民日报"客户端报道；荣获22年度优秀文艺工作者荣誉称号；入编”书画精英，绽致梦想"特辑；荣获《人民书画家》和3.15”诚信品牌书画家"荣誉称号；入选"盛世收藏，中华书画精英"，并获得＂传承书画人物“，“全国艺术楷模＂以及＂海峡杯“＂四海杯＂“盛和杯＂迎光杯"等等各项大奖。个人略传被《大家艺术传世名家》《百年巨献百年大家》《新中国当代美术图史》《中国近当代书画名家典藏》…等多家媒体出版，同时被＂百度书画家百科”收录。以及百家号，网易，腾讯，搜狐，美篇等等媒体报道。2018年至2023年连续被中国邮政出版中心，设定为＂国家名片＂丹青巨匠"等类型的邮票邮册发行，并被海內外书画爱好者收藏。

Zhang Xiaohua, (Jianyang Daihua), male, Han ethnicity, college degree, member of the Communist Party of China. Born in October 1956 in Nanping City, Fujian Province, currently residing in Jianyang. Graduated from the Chinese Language and Logic Correspondence University with a major in "Secretarial Studies", and later sent by a company to Fujian Provincial Economic Commission Cadre School for further studies in "Enterprise Management". In 1985, he was the first student of the Correspondence Center for the Creation of People's Literature. In 1990, he was awarded the title of "Brush Running Script Section 2" by the Chinese Calligraphy Research Association. He is currently an art researcher at the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association and a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Popular Culture Society. He is a member of the Jianyang District Artists Association, the Beijing Zhongxuan Shengshi International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, a director of the Jianyang District Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the Beijing Xuanhe Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, and a national first-class artist. In March 2023, he was appointed as the deputy director of the management center of the Zhongyi Xingguang Green Daihua Work (Standard) Station Manager. Zhang Xiaohua was born into a family of educators. In her early years, she received guidance from her parents and studied ancient Chinese literature.
